Silestone® by Cosentino and James Martin Vanities Announce Industry Partnership at HD Expo

At this year’s Hospitality Design Expo, which draws thousands of designers, developers and purchasing firms from around the globe to see the latest in product and design solutions, Silestone by Cosentino, the global leader in innovative quartz surfacing, and luxury vanity manufacturer James Martin proudly unveil a new partnership to best serve the hospitality and residential markets.

The partnership supports a larger innovation strategy for the vanity manufacturer to streamline and expedite orders and operations. As of January 2019, James Martin exclusively offers buyers pre-manufactured Silestone vanity tops, available in 5 of its most popular colorways: Classic White, Charcoal Soapstone, Iconic Black, Jasmine Pearl and Grey Expo. These hues, coupled with James Martin’s more than 375 vanity designs, will take customization to a new level, offering hospitality design professionals and homeowners alike more than 5,000 different combinations.

“Our pride for creating fine furniture-quality vanities required a surfacing partner who shares in our passion for unparalleled quality and industry innovation,” says James Martin Vanities president Heath Malone. “Silestone is the go-to stunning, yet durable surfacing solutions the hospitality market demands, and we’re delighted to name them as our exclusive quartz provider.”

Throughout 2019, the partnership will be rolled out across the country’s 275 Ferguson showrooms and James Martin’s 2,500 dealers. Malone also expects a positive response from its eCommerce dealers, such as Home Depot, Houzz, Wayfair and Overstock, which have been a driving force in James Martin’s success.

“The hospitality industry plays an integral role in our global growth strategy, and we’re honored that James Martin selected us as their partner to further amplify their presence in this market,” says Patty Dominguez, VP of Architect and Design Sales for Cosentino North America. “We’re eager to make this introduction to HD Expo attendees and look forward to the success for both brands.”

About James Martin Vanities

Founded 17 years ago, James Martin Vanities is a leading manufacturer of premium bathroom vanity cabinets and mirrors. With over 120 years of combined furniture experience, the owners and managers of James Martin strive to design and craft bathroom furnishing using the best combination of Old-World construction paired with modern machinery technology. We believe incorporating the look of fine furniture into your residence, hotel, or office, will transform your bathroom spaces from the mundane to the remarkable. James Martin currently offers over twenty-five series with multiple width option cabinets and optional countertops creating over 5,000 possible combinations.

We begin by using North American hardwoods in each of our cabinets. The wood is selected by our buyers to ensure that each lot meets our demanding specifications. The wood is then dried and moisture tested to ensure that we begin with the very best construction materials, each cabinet is then handcrafted. Each component part of the cabinet is created and hand assembled by our team of craftsmen. Carvings are completed by hand as is the drawer construction and door assembly.  Along the way, James Martin has a team of highly trained quality control supervisors that check the work at each stage of production. The finish is applied in multiple steps and in multiple layers to give the piece a depth and richness that can only come with layering.

The end result, again checked by our quality control team, is a unique product, much like a work of art.

While they may be similar, the manufacturing process we employ ensures that each cabinet is a one of a kind piece created by our team for your home.
