The tradition and identity of this Christmas feast has gone architectural, transferring to the design of the floats of the royal procession. The new carriages are formed by pyramids of reflecting aluminum that multiply points of light and play with the distorstions they produce. Details personalize the carriages, in accordance with the king on board: golden confetti rising to the sky, blue and magenta smoke blown towards the crowds, water bubbles evoking plants. Through colors and what they expel we can distinguish Their Majesties: Melchior, Balthasar, and Gaspar.
The size and height of the floats are determined by a study of the routes and the distances needed to ensure safety and the right visibility for as many children as possible, whether they are on the sidewalk or in a stand.
