Ingredients
Bao buns 2 chicken thighs, cut into strips 1 bunch of fresh coriander 2 limes 1 teaspoon of brown sugar 1 pinch of salt 2 radishes 1 or 2 spring onionsMethod
- Gently fry the chicken with the sugar and salt
- Cut the vegetables
- Prepare the peanuts
- Prepare the lime
- Fill the baos with the ingredients
- Serve the bao buns
