In a privileged location in Málaga, close to the residential area of El Limonar, is this exclusive development of flats for sale called Eleven. The project is located in a strategic enclave, with all kinds of services in the vicinity and well connected to the city’s landmarks. Its proximity to the sea, just a few metres from La Malagueta Beach, and to the old town, can be seen in the architectural design by the architects of DTR_studio from its very facade.

The white colour, the pure, horizontal lines and the polished finishes of the facade, in which Dekton plays a prominent role, make this design a blend of the contemporary and the reminiscences of Mediterranean tradition.

‘The polished material mirrors the image of the surrounding trees,’ say the architects, referring to the area where Dekton Blaze surface was installed, a greyish tone with metallic tints which, in its glossy finish, enhances the shine and elegantly reflects the sunlight and the context. The landscaped areas of the project extend into the building. This is not the only colour used on the facade of this development, as the architects made the most of the vast array of Dekton finishes to create a unique combination of different colours, all in neutral shades.

Dekton Blaze was complemented by other colours such as Dekton Kovik, with its neutral grey base tone and natural veining; Dekton Eter, with its dark granite structure and contemporary feel; and Dekton Sasea, an elegant and refined cream shade.
