A distinctive façade featuring horizontal lines and white shades is the calling card of Belgravia Square, one of Ellington Properties’ residential developments in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle residential area. The project consists of 225 studios and flats with 1 or 2 bedrooms. Belgravia Square comprises two L-shaped blocks facing each other and is characterised by beautifully designed communal areas, including spacious lobbies, a children’s playroom, a gym and a clubhouse.

Its black, grey and white colour palette creates a bold and contemporary atmosphere, while the black and white photos hung on the walls of the communal areas further accentuate the scheme, creating an expressive and eye-catching ambience. Another interesting feature, this time in the main lobby, is a wall-mounted sculpture designed by an award-winning local artist.

Timeless and functional interiors

The interiors of the dwellings have been designed as modern, timeless and highly functional spaces. Dekton is the star material in the kitchens of the development, compact and simple spaces, where it adds a touch of high design. “In addition to its quality, durability and resistance to scratches and stains, the texture of the material was key in its choice”, the developer says.

Specifically, the colour chosen was the deep Dekton Sirius. “When we found this black worktop material, we fell in love with its texture and the richness it brings to the space. It is plain, but has a great impact on the overall design of the kitchen”, the developer’s designers further say.

Sirius’ striking black shade adds warmth to the design concept and matches perfectly with the white tiled splashbacks, white walls and cabinets and grey porcelain wood effect flooring.
