Client’s brief was for a LUXE COASTAL VIBE with a neutral pallet, increased storage in all areas, no handles in Kitchen or Bathrooms! In the Kitchen there was a major increase in storage with all electronic draws for easy access. The problem of space in walk ways was addressed with slide and hide ovens, pocket doors both ends of the galley kitchen, an induction cooktop with a centre downdraft eliminating an overhead exhaust system. The client’s needs were totally fulfilled with these design concepts. The Master Bathroom again the brief was more storage, a walk in shower, no visible PowerPoints or handles This was achieved by taking out the bath adding a row of Avelino Veneer cabinets creating much needed storage. The double vanity in Avelino Veneer wrapped in 50mm stone has draws within draws allowing Power Points to be hidden. A privacy screen was created in Polytec veneer panelling allowing the outside light in and the garden still visible. All the client’s needs were met with this Design Concept. Bar / TV Entertainment unit The Bar has Bi-Fold Doors in the Avaleno Polytec Plantation Ash Veneer when closed this acts as a feature. The bar has a Dual Zone under bench wine cabinet and a Beer-Bottle Beverage Centre with Black glass doors. All cabinetry is in the veneer with a glass door cabinet and shelving for glasses, bench surface is Calcutta Gold. Decorative wood panelling seamlessly connects the TV Entertainment Unit with a curved blade of stone which appears to be floating on top of Avelino Veneer front draws with storage being addressed.
