The original chamfered floorplan of Luis Ferrero has been modified, combining the dining room, living room, and kitchen in a single 45m2 space. The neutral tone of its walls hands over attention to the floor’s green lime mortar, which along with the structural elements and colored furniture creates a dynamic environment. The kitchen is made to be partly visible from the living room.

The washbasin is positioned in such a way that the toilet and shower are invisible from there, allowing simultaneous use. The tones and materials in this space playfully engage with the colors of the other parts of the flat. The bedroom differs from the rest through the warm hue of its walls, which with indirect lights gives a sense of continuity conducive to repose.
