La estética exterior del edificio es el resultado de una atrevida reinterpretación del modernismo catalán, estrechando y estirando verticalmente las ventanas que marcan un ritmo diferente en cada una de las dos fachadas no flanqueadas por medianeras. Un azul cobalto mediterráneo es el color seleccionado para unificar el interior y el exterior, aplicado en las elevaciones del lado de la calle y los núcleos húmedos de los apartamentos.
