In keeping with the spirit of the vibrant coastal areas of the United Arab Emirates, Belgravia III is a multi-family development offering a wide range of housing types, from studios to one and two bedroom units and townhouses.

With two four-storey corner buildings, a park and an amenity area, it is the largest residential project by developer Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), a rapidly developing residential area in the heart of Dubai.

Common areas include two eye-catching lobbies, a townhouse-style clubhouse, gymnasium, children’s play area, large courtyard and resort-style infinity pool.

Inside the common areas, art also has a prominent presence. The murals adorning the two lobbies, as well as the selection of artwork used throughout the project, evoke a sense of serene and relaxed coastal living.

Functional kitchens in every dwelling

Within the homes, colour and contemporary design have been conceived to provide a blank canvas for inhabitants to easily create their own style. The kitchen, with its fully equipped and highly functional design concept, stands out among the various rooms.

With the aim of creating strong, timeless and durable kitchens, Silestone was chosen for all the worktops. ‘We were on the lookout for a unique design for the worktop material that could make a difference in the kitchen,’ says the developer. ‘Cosentino’s Silestone surface was a perfect match, offering unbeatable durability and resistance to scratches and stains – important factors when designing kitchen worktops,’ they stress.

A colour with a rich texture

The colour of choice for these designer kitchens was Silestone Pacifica. This dramatic combination of beige, brown, black and variegated veins naturally accentuates the soft and serene interiors. Its rich texture blends perfectly with the fresh, neutral colours of the room, the white wooden joinery and the warm oak-coloured floors.
