בניין ToHa, הממוקם במרכז תל אביב בצומת של שני רחובות מסחריים, מתנשא לגובה של 29 קומות. מבנהו רב הפנים, המעוצב בצורת קרחון, תוכנן על ידי רון ארד עם הצוות המקומי של אבנר ישר, להכיל מתחם משרדים הכולל גינה ציבורית, מרפסת תצפית ומסעדה.

אדריכלות פנים וחוץ חדשנית ופונקציונלית

From a functional point of view, this ambitious project turns the traditional layout of an office block on its head, locating the facilities on the ground floor to free up space at the top. This way, the upper levels can be dedicated to leisure use and the offices are distributed from the seventh floor and up, optimizing access to natural light and views.

היסודות הטכניים מחופים באמצעות מערכת ייחודית של חזית מאווררת המשנה את כיוון הפאנלים של ®Dekton המצטלבים. יישום זה מאפשר מעבר אוויר בין הלוחות הגדולים (320 X 70 ס"מ) ויוצר חזית אחידה המקנה מרקם ועומק לשיפוע. Cosentino מציעה גם הזדמנות להזמנת לוח של שישה צבעים בהתאמה אישית, המבוסס על מודל Strato, היוצר מעבר צבע הדרגתי מהחלק התחתון כלפי מעלה.

פנים וחוץ: איזון של אור ורצף חזותי

בפנים, חצר פנימית ענקית בגובה 30 מטר משמשת כאולם וכמקום מפגש. המשרדים פונים החוצה, דרך חזית זכוכית, ופנימה לעבר הפטיו המרכזי המואר באמצעות ארובת אור גדולה.

Finishes have been carefully chosen to create a comfortable workplace and coherent corporate image. The possibility to produce large-format Dekton pieces for floors, walls and ceilings allows the number of joints to be reduced and the sense of continuity to be maximized.
