Nordic Luxe is a spectacular fusion of Middle Eastern luxury and Scandinavian design, offering a unique combination of understated style, functionality and comfort. The design of the villa is characterised by clean, uncluttered lines, abundant natural light and an exquisite choice of materials, all of which create a minimalist haven that offers visual tranquillity even from the outside.

The use of Dekton on the façade of the villa is a statement of intent. One of the colours chosen was Dekton Lunar, an ultra-compact surface that mimics the texture and colour of the moon, providing a smooth and uniform aesthetic that blends perfectly with the overall design of the villa. Its combination with the graphite black of Dekton Domoos and the use of wood accents creates a façade with an elegant and refined design.

“We chose Dekton for the villa because of its large format slabs, which give the façade a seamless appearance. Its durability, UV stability, heat resistance and wide range of colours are some of the other advantages that made it the perfect choice for the project,” says Fam Group. These words highlight the unique properties of this material, including its ability to withstand extreme weather changes, a crucial requirement in Dubai’s desert environment.
