"Cosentino is our ‘go to’ brand for worksurfaces, particularly the glossy Dekton colours, which give such a luxe edge to an installation."

Personality is a big element within our designs
We value the practical element of kitchens as much as the aesthetic; it is very important that all storage needs are met and plenty of worksurface space is allowed for preparing and countertop appliances, whilst also maintaining beautiful and characterful design.
Personality is a big element within our designs, and we welcome colour and open shelves so that the client’s personality can shine through within their modern kitchen design. Consentino is our ‘go to’ brand for worksurfaces, particularly the glossy Dekton colours, which give such a luxe edge to an installation.
Monochromatic, neutral, earthy shades are always present in our projects. I naturally defer to neutral palettes – shades of white and black, with authentic browns and greens peppered throughout. Minimalist, simple and timeless designs are what excite me most.
Think uncluttered, Japanese-inspired interiors with clean lines and natural materials. Timber, especially oak, is a must have material in almost all of my projects. But you won’t have to look too hard before you can see metals, glass and steel included throughout my designs.
Kitchen design is constantly evolving
Kitchen design is constantly evolving, and we strive to make our kitchens easier to use and maintain with busy family lives. The integration of charging stations, pocket door cabinets and ‘smart home’ technology ensure our kitchens are functional as well as easy to keep clean.
We approach every project with the same listening and skill
busy new family, and a more contemporary, new build project. We approach every project with the
same listening and skill to ensure each project feels characteristically Kitchen Bee Design whilst
embracing the unique style of the client.

Storage and usability were most important
and interested in all aspects of modern design, so marrying the two made it an exciting project. We
worked together to create the overall room design, making sure their choices for table and sofas fitted
into the rest of the interior perfectly, aligning the kitchen island and dining table to the millimetre.
Cosentino surfaces were perfect for creating thick worksurfaces
materials and design features such as the oversized island worksurface thickness (170mm). Cosentino
surfaces were perfect for creating thick worksurfaces that looked seamless, and thanks to its versatility,
we used these surfaces throughout the kitchen to make the overall scheme feel cohesive
Storage and useability were most important
have three separate storage larders within the scheme: a double pocket door cabinet for countertop
appliances, single larder with drawers for dry food and a single larder as a breakfast cabinet
