Cosentino’s “C-Top Restaurants” Book Wins the Grand Award at the Galaxy Awards 2020

Cosentino’s book “C-Top Restaurants”, which presents the culinary essence and concept of nine Michelin-starred restaurants, has been awarded the winning prize at the Galaxy Awards 2020.

Embracing a coffee table book format, the book has obtained the absolute highest score “for its design and the remarkable promotion of the Cosentino brand, expressed through the creative process of the chefs, who show us the philosophy of their cuisine and design of their spaces.”

The nine Michelin-starred restaurants presented in the book rely on Cosentino’s surfaces for their worktops, tables, cladding and work areas. These restaurants are: Aponiente (El Puerto de Santa Maria), Dani García (Marbella), De Librije (Zwölle), Disfrutar (Barcelona), DiverXO (Madrid), DSTAgE (Madrid), El Invernadero (Madrid), Mugaritz (Errenteria) and Somni (Los Angeles).

The Galaxy Awards reward the best marketing products and services. A total of 438 projects from 18 countries took part in the 2020 edition. The publication has been produced by Ulled Asociados, and can be viewed in full here.
