Cosentino signs an agreement with a bathroom supplier in Norway is well received by customers. It enables Scala Bad to deliver premium bathroom furniture with Dekton panels in record time.
Since 2004, Norske Scala Bad has imported in-house designs, and sells its sought-after bathroom furniture all over the country through its 1,300 dealers. Earlier this year, Cosentino entered into a major agreement with Scala Bad, which means that a large number of worktops from Dekton are now stocked in Norway. Fast delivery times are valued by both the retailers and the end customer.
Marketing manager and co-founder of Scala Bad, Marianne Torp Halvorsen, describes the agreement as an inside tier. - The fact that we stock products with Dekton sheets in six selected colors for our bathroom furniture in all sizes has been very well received. Many orders have come in, and we find that our dealers and their customers are very positive, she says.
Equal values
It was Scala Bad that came up with the idea of collaboration with Cosentino. After a trip to the Cosentino headquarters and factory in Spain, they got the assurance they needed by seeing the entire production facility, the focus on sustainability and the unique properties of Dekton. Together, the parties have tailored a solution that is beneficial for both brands, but above all for the customers.
“Being able to deliver high-quality bathroom furniture with Dekton board in record time to our customers is the whole background for the initiative. We know that customers would like to have their furniture as quickly as possible, and with this collaboration we can meet this need,” says Robert Torp Halvorsen, co-founder and general manager at Scala Bad.
“·Scala Bad is just like us - a premium brand that focuses on innovation, design and sustainability. There are three core values at Cosentino. We work in the same segment, and this is a collaboration that feels very natural, says Oskar Petersson,” general manager at Cosentino Norway.
Carefully selected colors
The six colors from Dekton that can be ordered with Scala Bad's bathroom furniture are: Ceppo, Marmorio, Uyuni, Laos, Keranium and Entzo.
“Being able to offer both worktops and splash walls from Dekton has worked very well. We look forward with positivity, and appreciate the good collaboration with Cosentino,” says Marianne.
