Silestone Hybriq Ethereal Glow: Evoking Luxury and Practicality

Open space living and a kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar for eight was the goal. With a centrepiece kitchen island, 4.7 metres in length and luxurious curved faces, this project truly is an entertainer’s dream.

Alex Stone, designer from Revamper opted for a Silestone Hybriq in Etheral Glow to allow for seamless curves and minimal joints.

This project draws upon a Coastal interior with a luxurious finish.

Silestone Hybriq Ethereal Glow: The Perfect Match

The idea was to have a subtle veining in the stone that replicates that of natural marble. With a crisp white colour palette throughout the property, the stone had to be that of a white base. The Silestone Ethereal Glow was the perfect match.

The gold veining of the stone, paired with the timber and brass fixtures in the kitchen evokes a sense of luxury alongside practicality, making it perfect for a family.

The eight-seater breakfast bar makes the kitchen the hub of the project.

Alex said, “The benefit of using the Silestone product was the ability to thermoform the product to create seamless curves with minimal joints. Using an alternative product would have resulted in a different manufacturing and installation method which would not have resulted in the same finish.”

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, Silestone was chosen for its durability and resistance to stains. With 2 younger children, an easy to maintain benchtop was a must for Alex’s client without sacrificing the desired outcome.
