“We take it as our responsibility to make our living sustainable – one flat, one apartment, and one house at a time”
It is said that the road to success is paved with career detours. Not your usual architects, Asami and Jason have extensive backgrounds in various fields of study from computing, engineering, economics, to music before becoming architects.
Their vast experiences has allowed them to adopt a unique approach to design that combines artistic intuition with technical mastery. Today, YUME Architects is a local progressive, award-winning design studio delivering inspiring projects that are humanistic and impactful.
Our personal style
The green approach
Sustainability is one of the primary focuses of our studio. We take it as our responsibility to make our living sustainable – one flat, one apartment, and one house at a time. We are now working on net-zero house in Singapore, and we are so excited.
“Every project is unique. Our goal is to deliver inspiring projects that go beyond our clients' imagination and dreams.”
Designing for the post-pandemic era
In a big picture as a whole design industry, there is much more awareness and emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility in design. With property prices at an all-time high, we expect an increasing demand in well-designed spaces.
“Cosentino is always updating their collections with new designs and colours. This constant refresh is important for designers like us. Also, the quality of Cosentino surfaces is delightful to work with.”
