Cosentino’s TAB Series comes to a grand close after 3 inspiring years
Cosentino’s Talks on Architecture and Beyond Series come to a close with its last ever talk, on Thursday, 14th December 2023.
The TAB Series was an ongoing series featuring various experts in the field of architecture and design, coming together to share ideas and experiences, as well as visions for a better and more sustainable future in the industry. In its lifespan of 3 years, the series saw a total of 35 talks featuring up to 46 speakers from across the globe. The TAB Series was created with the main objective of empowering the design and architecture community in Singapore and South-east Asia, while also shedding light on working towards a more conscious and sustainable form of architecture.
The latest and last talk of the series featured Hossein Rezal, Global Design Director of Ramboll Group & Milan Research Lab, and Schirin Taraz-Breinholt, Director (COO) of WOHA, and was a huge success as they shared their inspiring speeches, and answered several thoughtful questions. As the talk came to an end, Maria Fernandez, Marketing Lead for Cosentino, APAC, was invited to give the closing remarks.

Being the concluding event to the TAB Series, the talk also highlighted the recent Cosentino Design Challenge and its winner, Guo Tianqiao from Lasalle College of the Arts. The winner was awarded with a certificate and acknowledged for his efforts before the crowd. When asked about his experience participating in and winning the competition, Tianqiao stated, “I’d like to thank Cosentino for giving me the opportunity to work on and share my designs with everyone. I feel really happy and excited to know that my designs are loved by everyone and it really helps boost my confidence to push myself further in this field.”
All-in-all, the TAB talk held on the 14th was a grand success as everyone gathered to celebrate the conclusion of the long-running inspirational series. As the series comes to a close, Cosentino aims to move onwards and upwards, reaching new heights and ventures.
