Cosentino gets recognised at the esteemed Macael Awards 2023, with the Dalvey Haus project

Spread across an area of 3500 square metres, the Dalvey Haus residential complex bagged this year’s International Award for Asia.

The Macael Awards is a prestigious event hosted annually in Macael, Almeria, Spain, to celebrate innovation, excellence, and sustainability in the industry.

At the 36th edition of the event, the Dalvey Haus residential complex located in Singapore won the International Design Award for Asia, being recognised for its extensive and creative use of the Dekton Danae, Silestone Calypso and Sensa Black Beauty materials. Designed by the Eco ID architectural studio, the high-end project was praised for its use of cutting-edge surfaces, elegant aesthetics and thoughtful designs.

The Dalvey Haus residential complex stands on a total of 3500 sq. metres, and is truly a showcase of high-end architecture. Located in the quaint District 10, the complex exudes luxury and sophistication. With the Dekton, Silestone and Sensa surfaces used across the complex, as well as inside the kitchens and bathrooms, the Dalvey Haus radiates warmth and homeliness, while also embodying the high-end lifestyle.

With its varying characteristics and properties, including low maintenance, resistance to stains and scratches, sustainable material compositions, and high durability, the Dekton, Silestone and Sensa surfaces make for the best-suited materials for a high-end residential living space. They also enhance the aesthetics of the space, bringing about a sense of elegance and sophistication, whether it be the living room, kitchen and/or bathroom.

When asked why they chose Cosentino’s range of materials, Calvin Sim, Founding Partner & Managing Director of eco-id Architects stated, “Dekton provides us with the tools to realise our vision. They offer not only aesthetics but also the durability and functionality required for a luxury project. The customisation options and ease of installation further facilitate the design process”.
