Collaboration agreement between Simply Systems and Cosentino

Cosentino, global leader company in production of sustainable surfaces for architecture and design, and Simply Systems, Simplyceram® product manufacturer, have reached a collaboration agreement by which the Portuguese company will also incorporate Dekton® in its Simplyceram® product from now on for commercialization with this finish. The agreement sets the guidelines for global commercial collaboration between both companies.

Simply Systems, based in Nelas, Viseu district (Portugal), is the manufacturing company of Simplyceram®, a new generation product aimed mainly for countertops. Its manufacturing process combines a ceramic layer with an exclusive policore® base that creates a high-performance product characterized by its lightness, which facilitates a very easy installation process like that of any wood laminate, requiring basic carpentry tools. This revolutionary patented product generates simplicity of installation that allows anyone to install their countertop, combining high quality properties with an effortless installation.

With the possibility also of coverings, raised technical flooring, bathrooms and others, this solution will also integrate Cosentino's Dekton® ultra-compact carbon neutral stone surfaces, exclusively in its minimum Dekton® Slim thickness (4mm). Thus, the collaboration allows to combine in a pioneering way the Dekton®’s unmatched technical and mechanical properties, with a lightweight, modular format that is easy to manipulate during installation, turning Simplyceram® into something revolutionary.

The agreement signing took place at Cosentino City Madrid. On behalf of Simply Systems, was present its CEO, Rui Areias, while the Spanish company was represented by Eduardo Martínez-Cosentino Ramos, VP Iberia Sales and Miguel Silveira, Regional Director.
