Lisbon and Istanbul, new stations in Cosentino City network

• The new “City” in Lisbon is located in the Tivoli Fórum building, on Avenida da Liberdade, and is the company's first showroom in Portugal.

• Cosentino is also bringing its innovative showroom model to the Middle East with the opening of a “City” in Istanbul.

Cosentino continues with the global expansion of its innovative showroom model and opens two new “Cosentino City” in the city centers of Lisbon and Istanbul. The new “Cosentino City Lisbon”, the first in Portugal, has a surface area of ​​365 square meters and is located in the Tivoli Fórum building, on Avenida da Liberdade nº180, loja 5B, the 'Golden Mile' of the city that offers a entire route of luxury boutiques, haute cuisine, cultural proposals and high design shops.

“With the City we take a big step in quality to strengthen our presence in the Portuguese market. Cosentino has been present in Portugal for 15 years, with a strong logistics and distribution network, growing year after year in market penetration. Now the showroom, which will be joined in 2024 by another one in Porto, allows us to both offer a new joint “home” for our partners and clients, and to approach architecture and interior design professionals with all our versatility, showing our solutions for facades, coverings or bathrooms”, says Luís Toscano, Manager of Cosentino Lisbon.

Cosentino opened its own subsidiary in Portugal, “Cosentino Porto”, in 2006 after the integration of the company Interpedras, Lda,. That year it opened its first own warehouse located in Vila de Conde (Porto), which was followed in 2018 by the “Cosentino Center” in Lisbon.

For its part, Etiler neighborhood in the Beşiktaş district (Nispetiye Caddesi, No: 8-12, Mağaza 93-94) hosted the 520 square meters of the new “Cosentino City Istanbul” since September 29. Etiler is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods of the city with a wide range of entertainment and dining options and where many design and architectural studios are located. This “City” joins the existing one in Dubai (UAE) for the Middle East region.

As in the case of Portugal, it is also the company's first showroom in Turkey, a country where it was established with its own subsidiary in 2014. Since then Cosentino maintained three “Centers” or warehouses, located in the cities of Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, providing service and attending the demand throughout all country.

The Lisbon City inauguration event took place yesterday with the attendance of numerous clients, collaborators and architecture and design professionals from the city. On behalf of the company were present Eduardo Cosentino, VP Global Sales of Cosentino Group and CEO of Cosentino North America; Eduardo Martínez-Cosentino Ramos, VP Iberia Sales; Miguel Silveira, Regional Director of Cosentino Iberia; Luis Toscano, Manager of Cosentino Lisbon; and Lara Martins, City Lisbon Manager.

The inauguration of the Istanbul showroom - held last September 29-, was also attended by Eduardo Cosentino, as well as Ginés Navarro, VP ROW Sales; Alper Sensan, Regional Director of Cosentino Turkey; and the Istanbul City team.

Both showrooms, whose interior design work has been developed by the company's internal Design team, respond to the philosophy of this kind of spaces, where professionals can get inspiration and develop all kinds of projects; have at their disposal various networking areas where interact with customers and other professionals; and a state-of-the-art place with advanced digital design tools.
