One material. Limitless applications
When looking to create a monolithic and visually harmonious project, Dekton reigns supreme - as exemplified by this stunning kitchen. Dekton by Cosentino stood out among its competition for its wide assortment of modern colors and varying thicknesses, allowing the Decolumber USA team to create this dreamy and sleek space.
Decolumber USA was looking for a dark surface with a modern finish for their client to contrast the light flooring and furnishings throughout the space. Dekton Kelya was the obvious choice due to its unique deep color with light veining, inspired by the most elegant natural dark marbles. Dekton not only offered the homeowner client a modern and durable solution, but a cost efficient option that can be used in many applications.
Dekton 20 mm was used on the countertop and island while 4 mm was the perfect thickness for wall cladding. This home had walls with slight unevenness and ruggedness, and a thinner material such as the 4 mm Dekton slab is more flexible and adapts easily to uneven walls, making the project cost efficient. The Island in the middle of the space steals the show playing beautifully with the light chairs and protruding bar off the island.
Dekton was the ideal solution to create a modern and contrasting space while having the versatility to be used in diverse applications.
“We had confidence in Dekton. Its cost effectiveness and the variety of colours and thicknesses available made it perfect for different applications”.
