This year, the kitchen was designed by Palm Beach-based design firm Jim Dove Design, a team that specializes in luxury, custom kitchens. With meticulous attention to detail, the team at Jim Dove Design has created an extraordinary hosting kitchen that seamlessly blends style and functionality.

Dove selected Cosentino’s Silestone surfacing in the colorway “Ethereal Glow” to grace both sides of the 72” range and the island, where delicate veins of gold harmoniously complement the shell pink cabinetry and gleaming unlacquered polished brass hardware, creating a truly captivating ambiance. The team also used Cosentino’s Dekton Onirika in the colorway “Trance” for the bar area, with rich veining adorned with bands of blue, which enhances the vibrant blue cabinetry.

“Every homeowner possesses their own unique color palette and style preferences,” says Jim Dove of Jim Dove Design. “When embarking on a kitchen renovation, the initial step involves selecting a style that resonates with you, followed by carefully curating a complementary color palette. I find that surfacing can make a space, and Cosentino’s wide array of offerings gave me the perfect finishing touch.”

This kitchen intends to pay homage to Palm Beach's opulence through a celebration of food, drink, comfort, and the pursuit of the 'good life.' Guests are welcomed into a place of reunion, creativity, and recreation.

The team at SAVAGE Interior Design, a Nashville-based design firm, turned the study of this home into a space that exudes personality, presence, and harmony through the artful combination of color blocking, textural contrast, and furniture forms.

Embracing the current trend of organic shapes and textures, this study is for individuals who have traversed the globe, possessing a deep appreciation for history, art, architecture, and culture. SAVAGE chose to source Cosentino’s Silestone Le Chic surfacing in the colorway “Parisian Bleu” for the entry bar, a choice that perfectly complements the overall scheme with its refined elegance and harmonious color palette.

“Parisian Bleu” features a deep blue tone with strong character, and with its inspiration coming from famous Imperial Roman stones, this surfacing supports the SAVAGE team’s vision of speaking to the well-traveled lover of luxury while paying tribute to Palm Beach’s iconic blue waters.

As a Palm Beach-based interior design firm, Helen Bergin Interiors is known for providing dynamic design with a modern take.

This year, Bergin utilized Cosentino’s Dekton in the “Umber” colorway, a warm terracotta color, and Dekton “Uyuni”, a white shade inspired by natural salt flats as the floor material. These colorways mimic the shades of the sand, bouncing off blue veining in the shower and green tones on the walls that transport the mind to the colors and textures of the beach.

Bergin’s bathroom space combines luxury with functionality, providing an incredibly spa-like and tranquil experience with trustworthy, durable products like Dekton that provide peace-of-mind for years to come.

Visitors can experience the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach until March 17, 2024. Tickets can be booked here, and all proceeds will benefit both the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
