Dekton Avant-Garde Series Named Editors’ Pick in Architect Newspaper’s Best of Products Awards 2020

The Dekton Avant-Garde Series has been named an editors’ pick in the 2020 Architect’s Newspaper Best of Products Awards in the Interior Finishes + Surfaces category. 

The Architect’s Newspaper Best of Product Awards recognizes products for their high level of innovation, aesthetics and performance. The jury consisted of industry leaders, including Elle Decor Editor in Chief Asad Syrkett, NOMA/HOK President Kimberly Dowdell, Gensler Principal Irwin Miller and Founding Partner of Johnston Marklee, Sharon Johnston. 

This award from The Architect’s Newspaper, a leading source for architects and building professionals, further demonstrates Cosentino’s leadership in both architecture and design innovation within the surfacing industry. This is the second year in a row that Dekton has been honored within this program– in 2019, Dekton Grip+ received an honorable mention in the Finishes + Surfaces– Exterior category.

  • Dekton Khalo: Khalo is inspired by Patagonia Natural Stone, one of the most appreciated granites worldwide for its complex formation and colors. The subtle spots of black, pale gold and coffee brown compose the innovative hue. Thanks to the polished finish with Dekton XGloss technology, the colorway achieves a spectacular shine and depth, boosting its complex and colorful structure.
